Beautiful manicured and Shoulders Bahu terawat dan Cantik
Perform movements or useful exercise stimulates the muscles taut shoulder to shoulder and look beautiful. For example lift light weights and push-ups.
Strive always to maintain upright posture so that the shoulder, both at the time you are sitting or standing.
Do scrubbing every one or two weeks.
After the bath do not forget to apply body lotion all over the surface of the shoulder.

Lakukan gerakan atau latihan yang berguna merangsang otot-otot bahu agar bahu terlihat kencang dan indah. Misalnya angkat beban ringan dan push-up.
Upayakan selalu menjaga postur bahu supaya tegap, baik di saat anda duduk maupun berdiri.
Lakukan scrubbing setiap satu atau dua minggu sekali.
Setelah mandi jangan lupa oleskan body lotion di seluruh permukaan bahu.
