Turmeric May Reduce Blood Sugar Kunyit Dapat Menurunkan Gula Darah

Who says cooking spice turmeric just ordinary? Behind his title as a spice in cooking, saved a benefit. Curcumin, a natural compound that makes turmeric yellow, it can benefit people with diabetes (diabetes), as suggested by a recent study.

This is proven by researchers in Korea that provide additional food cucumin for 6 weeks in rats with diabetes, while non-diabetics who are given additional food without curcumin. As a result, the diabetic rats given curcumin supplements lower sugar levels than rats without diabetes.

If this is true also in humans, then the diabetes often just eat rich foods such as curry or turmeric turmeric acid (be careful with sugar intake).
