Tinjau bangunan hingga ke lokasi. Bisa jadi rumah yang terealisasi tidak seperti gambar brosur.
Perhatikan komposisi ruang hijau dan bukaan, serta pemenuhan konsep hemat energi. Bila perlu, pastikan sistem pengolahan buangan air maupun sampah.
Perhatikan meterial bangunan, pastikan mereka menggunakan material ramah lingkungan. Namun tak semua material ramah lingkungan harus dari luar negeri., lebih baik mengambil produk lokal bila mengingat proses pengiriman bisa menyumbang polusi.
